She is survived by: her boyfriend Michael Hayden of Paducah; her boyfriend's daughter Sarah Durbin (Derrin) of Paducah; her brother Charles "Chuck" McClain of Texas; her grandchildren, Dylin Durbin and Saylor Durbin; her niece Shanna McClain of Washington, D. C.; and her nephews, Chip McClain of Texas and Cody McClain of Texas. She is also survived by her family and friends.
