He was predeceased by: his fathers, George Thomas Ellington and William Albert Neihoff; and his son Randy Ellington. He is survived by: his children, Diane Rose Kennedy (Barry) of Paducah, KY and Ricky Eugene Ellington (Scarlet) of Joshua, TX; and his grandchildren, Melissa Newby, Christina Ellington (Mitchell), Ricky Ellington (Ashlee), Joseph Ellington (Fame), Timothy Ellington (Chelsea), Jennifer Hollowell (Michael), Jenna Frair (Stephen), Amber Harlen (Gary) and Melinda Yoder (Doug). He is also survived by several great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
