He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Willie Mae Freeman; his daughters, Kippy Thomas of Paducah and Nicole Parker of Clarksville, TN; his sister Ernestine Everett of Paducah; his grandchildren, Raven Freeman, Ariel Freeman, Elijah Parker (Alexis), Fernandez Hill, Dejon Thomas, Alexis Shackleford, Alexander Shackleford, LaTovia Dawson, Ronnie Dawson and Shamara Kizer; his children-in-law, Barbara Childress, Angela Freeman (Ronnie), Carmen Carruthers and Rodney Freeman (Priscilla); his grandson Derek Pipes; his nephew Anthony Hill; and his siblings, Rosanell Caldwell, James Hill and Harold Hill.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lindsey Funeral Home (226 N 4th St, Paducah, KY 42001). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
