She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hurst and Dorothy Hurst; and her sisters, Theresa Lee and Gina Mitchell. She is survived by: her husband David Clark; her children, Heather Silberhorn (Scott) of Charlevoix, Michigan and Brett Clark of Paducah; and her grandchildren, Cohen Clark, Maddox Clark and Everett Silberhorn. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and several bonus children.
