She was predeceased by: her parents, Rockford Born and Bernice Estes Sr. Born; her husband Gayle Downs; her brother Rockford (Bo); her sister-in-law Marie Estes; her parents-in-law, Byron and Ruth Downs; and her brother-in-law Ronnie Downs.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Stephenson (Pat) and Todd Downs of Paducah; and her sisters-in-law, Sandy Holland (Paul), Clara Downs, Misty Spencer and Loretta Downs. She is also survived by nine nieces and nephews, as well as several great nieces and nephews.
