She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Ferrell and Nellie Crotser Ferrell; her grandson Jace Hosick; her former husband Marion O. Hosick; her husband Jack Clark; and her brothers, Frank E. Ferrell and Horace J. Ferrell.

She is survived by: her sons, Edwin "Jay" Hosick (Sheryl) of West Paducah and Marion "Mike" Hosick (Sonya) of Loudon, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Stephanie Hack (Mike), Stacie Byrd, Kelly Hosick and Todd Hosick; and her great grandchildren, Benjamin Williams, Kim Hack, Michael Byrd, Murphy Byrd and Xander Hosick.
