He is survived by: his wife Shelia Williams Adkinson of Paducah; his children, Jessie Adkinson of Paducah and Chris Adkinson of Marshall County; his sister Shirley Dickerson of Burna; his grandchildren, Gavin, Jadyn, Collin Adkinson, Austin and Keith Walter; and his great grandchildren, Axle and Lola Walter.
