Hoffman of Paducah, Kentucky, born in Leetonia, Ohio, who passed away on March 12, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his children, Mary Hoffman Bree and Karl Hoffman; and his grandson Seth William Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Mildred "Midge" Simmons Hoffman; and his children, Leslee Brockett (John) of Michigan, Loree Eatherton of Colorado, Kurt Hoffman of Maine, Marc Hoffman (Jennifer) of North Carolina and William "Billy" Hoffman (Jennifer) of Paducah, Kentucky. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.
