He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Cummings and Marlitta Cummings. He is survived by: his daughter Drs; his girlfriend Joni Emmerson; his grandchildren, Sarah Ezell (Brett), David Banister (Songhyun), Sam Banister, Reagan Peddicord and Adalyn Peddicord; his sister Mary Johnson (Jim); and his nieces, Sandy Hermann (Joe) and Brandy Macchia (Pico).
