He was predeceased by: his wife Marcia Lee Orr; his parents, Eulis Orr and Lila Orr; his daughters, Shelia Cole Defreitas and Vickie Cole Rogers; and his siblings, Shirley June Houseman, Charlotte Orr, Harry Edward Orr and Eulis Wesley Orr Jr..
He is survived by: his children, William H. Orr II (Pamela) of Paducah, Barry Orr (Ruth) of Merritt Island and Kelly Orr Noland of Titusville, Florida; and his grandchildren, Madison Orr, Paul Noland, Stacy Noland, Julie Kinnebrew, Billy Gray, Bobby Sorrell, Brett Defreitas, Chrystal Mills and Mandy Rogers. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren.
