He was predeceased by : his parents, Ezra Thompson and Aline Thompson; his wife Judy Powell Thompson; and his siblings, Kenneth Thompson, Bobby Joe Robinson, Ella Mae Bolte, Joan Farmer and Janice Reed.
He is survived by : his daughters, Lisa Wilson (Luke) of Canada and April Thompson of Boaz, KY; and his sisters, Jackie Finnell of Mayfield, Noma Fahr and Winona Thompson of Ledbetter. He is also survived by three sisters.
