He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Victor and Ly Andrews (Tran Thai). He is survived by: his fiancée Shauna Gollnick of Calvert City, KY; his children, Sophie Andrews of Benton, KY and Victor Andrews of Benton, KY; and his sister Hanh Arabian.
