He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy J. Sexton and Alma Mae Branham Sexton; and his siblings, Phillip Samuel Sexton, William Vencil Sexton, Ernie Ray Sexton, James Douglas Sexton, Bobby Gene Sexton, Gary Sexton, Everett Lee Sexton, Joyce Ann Baldridge, Doris Sexton and Deloris Sexton Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Tina LeMaster Sexton; his sons, Cory Sexton (Jeana Luster) of Paintsville, Kentucky and Isiah Sexton (Justyce) of Paintsville, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Haven Sexton and Everly Sexton; and his brothers, Larry Keith Sexton (Margie), Arnold Michael Sexton, Johnny Bill Sexton (Shirley), Steve Ellis Sexton (Elizabeth) and Troy Stanley Sexton (Marlina).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Jones-Preston Funeral Home (807 S Mayo Trail, Paintsville, KY 41240). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel (807 S Mayo Trail, Paintsville, KY 41240). A burial will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at the Highland Memorial Park (551 Kentucky Rte 2275, Staffordsville, KY 41256).
