He is survived by: his parents, Brice Shepherd and Saruh Shepherd; and his grandparents, James, Norma Shepherd, Greg Davis and Paula Hall Flora. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
The family requests that instead of flowers, monetary donations be made to the organization they are developing called "Arlo's Smiles.".
