He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Spradlin and Loberta Castle Spradlin; and his sister Ernestine Ward. He is survived by: his wife Gail Spradlin; his daughter Dana Hill (Scott); his grandchildren, Olivia Hill and Aaron Hill; and his brothers, Leslie Spradlin of Nippa and Tony Spradlin of Ivel, Kentucky..
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Estep-McKenzie Cemetery.
