She was predeceased by: her parents, Taylor Collinsworth and Florence Collinsworth; her husband Joe "Red" Adams; and her siblings, Clyde Collinsworth, Willard Collinsworth, William "Bill" Collinsworth, Ruth Harper and Wanda Lee Gipson.

She is survived by: her sons, Stephen K. (Matilda "Til" D.) and Adams of Lexington. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
