She was predeceased by: her parents, Burley Blair and Hazel Crace Blair. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Dean Blair of Paintsville, Jackie Blair of Staffordsville, Kimberly K. Cantrell of Staffordsville, Jody Colvin of Paintsville and Hazel Colvin of Paintsville; and her sisters, Charlotte Conley of Paintsville and Yvonna Crace of Staffordsville. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
