He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Waller and Mary Muncy Waller. He is survived by: the mother of his child Carolyn Waller; his daughter Amanda Burnette (Rocky) of Dunlow; his sisters, Elizabeth Borror of Cairo, Georgia and Elma Adams of Lucasville; and his granddaughter Kendra Rayne Burnette.
