He is survived by: his wife Helen Taylor Miller; his children, Christopher Todd Miller of Paintsville, KY and Pamela Miller Mullins (Kenny) of Paintsville, KY; his sisters, Jennie Miller and Darlene Lott of Parkersburg, WV; his grandchildren, Kenny Mullins (Savannah) and Khristina Harper (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Kellsey Price, Hunter Mullins, RJ Mullins, Kaylee Mullins, Christian Mullins, Adeline Mullins and Spencer Boyd.
