With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Kenny Ray Blanton of Paintsville, Kentucky, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his mother Martha Hill Blanton; and his sister Charlene Blanton. He is survived by: his father Kelly B. Blanton; his siblings, Michael Edward Blanton of Salyersville, Kellie Ann Gilliam (Francis) of St. Louis, Jeffery Paul Blanton (Cecelia) of Nettie and Brandy Nicole Ball (Johnathon) of Harrodsburg; and his children, Wyatt Spradlin and April Perkins.
