She is survived by: her children, Derry Howard (Marlene) of Salyersville, Ricky Howard (Missy) of Leburn, Lawrence Grey Howard of Salyersville and Patty Howard of Salyersville; her grandchildren, Anthony Grey Howard, Ashley Jordan Howard, Dylan Thomas Howard and Olivia Derranda Howard; her great grandchildren, Cheyenne Howard Hensley (Alex), Colton Howard (Terri) and Pierce Combs; and her great great grandchildren, Mallory, Nolan Hensley, Paisley and Grayson Howard.
