She was predeceased by: her parents, Ermine Hall and Dinah Osborne Hall; her husband Wallace Ray "Wassie" Bailey; and her siblings, James Lewis, Charles Ermine Hall and Wauketa Kolodziej.
She is survived by: her sister Nancy Duncan (J. Henry); her sibling's children, Jim Duncan (Pamela) and Pam Duncan; her sisters-in-law, Shirley Thornsbury Hall and Louella Damron Hall; and her sibling's children, Dinah Cicenas (Chris), Jeff Hall (Pam) and Ernie Hall (Wendy).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the First Baptist Church of Paintsville, KY or the Wesley Village at Wilmore, 1125 Lexington Road, Wilmore, Ky 40390.
