He was predeceased by: his parents, Wardie Cecil and Oralee Allen Patrick; his wife Linda Bailey Patrick; and his brothers, John Wesley (Minnie Pearl "Pudge") and Charles Ray Patrick.
He is survived by: his children, Greg Patrick of Salyersville, Danny Patrick (Connie) of Salyersville and Kimberly Mullins (Kim) of Salyersville; his siblings, Donald Patrick (Debbie) of Salyersville and Kathy Puckett (Doug) of Salyersville; and his sister-in-law Trish Patrick of Salyersville. He is also survived by six grandchildren, five great grandchildren, a host of family and friends.
