He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fletcher and Dorothy Salyer Fletcher; and his siblings, Ruby May, Beverly Fletcher, Barbara Smith, Mandy Love, Teresa Whitaker, Betty Bauer, Elsie Arnett, Mollie Combs, Ethel Mae Lawrence, Buford Fletcher, Norman Fletcher, Dallas Fletcher and Jimmie Fletcher.
He is survived by: his wife Vernie Gibbs Fletcher of Salyersville; his sons, Ricky James Fletcher of Salyersville and Dalton Fletcher (Abigail Frisby); and his niece Cathy McCarty of Royalton.
