She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlan Price and Gustava Daniel Price; and her husband Paul Butcher. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Tammy Butcher of Van Lear; her caregivers, Hannah Arlene Butcher of Van Lear, Richard Neal Butcher (Emily) of Hager Hill, Nathaniel Butcher (Ashtin) of Lexington, Patrick Butcher (Kayla) of West Van Lear and Derek Butcher (Desiree) of Berea; and her great grandchild Richard Elias "Eli" Butcher. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Jones-Preston Funeral Home (807 S Mayo Trail, Paintsville, KY 41240). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
