She was predeceased by: her parents, Steven Michael and Eva Lillian Gee Golatka; her husband Grover Hammonds, Jr.; her great grandchild Walker Reed Hartline; and her siblings, Michael Golatka, Betty Yunkon, Mary Crapsey and Annie Eckhart (Rita Caygill).
She is survived by: her children, Grover Hammonds (Phyllis) of Paintsville, Larry Hammonds (Freda) of Nicholasville, Rosemarie Fletcher (James), Debra Howard (Hearl) and Bonnie Howard (Tony Barnett); her grandchildren, Gwen Castle (Jason), Josh Hammonds, Tabitha Coomes-Johnson (Kerry), Travis Fletcher, Tara Hartline (Sam), Kelsee Ritchie (Jordan), Lacey Burchett (Tyler) and Dawlton Howard (Abby); her great grandchildren, Jacob Rubado, Gabriella Rubado, Finney Coomes-Johnson, Noah Hartline, Palmer Ritchie, Baby Beau Hartland and Collyns Claire Burchett; and also Brenda Joseph of Salyersville, Kentucky..
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Any Time Prior Till Funeral Services. A funeral service was held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Magoffin County Funeral Chapel (900 Parkway Dr, Salyersville, KY 41465).
