She is survived by: her children, Okey Lee Mills, Jr. (Misty) of Inez, KY, Angie Williams (Phillip) of Inez, KY and Corie Mills of Paintsville, KY; her brother Danny Fletcher (Penny) of Inez, KY; her grandchildren, Vanessa Allen (Michael), Jackie Lee "Bub" Blackburn, Lexi Stepp, Dustin Williams (Kenzie), Kera Dawn Mills (Evan), Andrea Mills (Shane Begley), Hailee Mills and Braylan Mills; and her great grandchildren, Tyler Allen, Ayden Allen, Amelia Stepp, Jensen Stepp, Ellie Stepp, Coleson McCoy and Riley McCoy.
