We are sad to announce that on October 9, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Toby Ann Howard (Paintsville, Kentucky), born in Wayland, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Dawson Bussey and Nova Hicks Bussey Oberle; her spouse Elder Bruce Howard; her daughter Melissa Blair; and her sisters, Peggy Bussey and Judy Bussey.

She is survived by : her children, Robert Bruce Howard of Tutor Key, KY and Libby Peck (Jeff) of Auxier, KY; and her siblings, John Bussey of River, KY, Rod Bussey of Berea, KY, Larry Woods and Karen O'Rourke. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, October 12th 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 13th 2023 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Preston Funeral Home (136 Main St, Paintsville, KY 41240). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
