He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas West and Mildred Reynolds West; and his brother David L. West. He is survived by: his sister Jennifer Nichols (Jerry); his nephew David Anthony West (Christina); and his niece Pamela West Koelbl (Pete). He is also survived by six great-nephews and two great-nieces.
