She was predeceased by : her husband Bob Allman of North Middletown; her parents, John T. Carter and Lucy Hash Carter; her daughter Laura Louise Minnick; and her siblings, Pauline Carter McKeehan and Marion Fithian Carter.

She is survived by : her granddaughter Erica Minnick (Caleb Pineur); her nephews, Ron Carter (Kathleen) and Stephen McKeehan of Boulder, CO; her niece Lucinda McKeehan (Ralph); and her son-in-law Steven Minnick.
