It is with sadness that the passing of Betty Kemper (Paris, Kentucky) is shared. Betty, born on February 1, 1931, passed away on July 9, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James Paul Kemper; her parents, Jack Long and Hazel Morris Long; and her sisters, Mary Catherine Williams, Helen Williams and Ivaline Long.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Meyer (Tony); her grandchildren, John Meyer and Sarah Meyer (Will Cox); her great grandchild Isabella Meyer; and her pet Lucky. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
