He was predeceased by : his wife Barbara Dyer Stone; his parents, Carl Stone and June Mynear Stone; his sons, Tommy Glenn Stone and Terry Stone; and his grandson Bryan Peyton.

He is survived by : his daughter Betty Peyton; his grandchildren, Angela, Little Bobby, Alice and David; and his great grandchildren, Quinton, Tori, Bryanna, Alexis, Pasley, Shaun, Austin, Trystin and Lidia.
