With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl Gene Goodwin of Paris, Kentucky, who passed away on July 9, 2022 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carl Gene Goodwin to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Ivard Leslie and Lillian Dunaway Goodwin; and his siblings, Dennis Goodwin, Geraldine Williams, James Goodwin and Florence Hodges.

He is survived by : his wife Ramona Faye Sartin Goodwin of Paris; his children, Randall Goodwin (Janie), Michael Goodwin (Connie), Cheryl Goodwin, Bonita Goodwin and Teresa Goodwin; his grandchildren, Vera Mosgrove, Erin Goodwin, Rachel Combs (John), Randi Reid (Joel), Luke Goodwin (Rebecca), Emily Gibbs (Clint), Nathan Beaton and Jennifer Beaton; and his siblings, Mary Compton, Wanda Simpson, Nancy Terrell, Jack Goodwin and Scott Goodwin. He is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask memorial donations to the Paris Church of the Nazarene, 450 Houston Ave., Paris, KY 40361.
