It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Hailey Buckler Sr. of Paris, Kentucky, who passed away on January 20, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Sherman Buckler and Vertna Davis Buckler; and his siblings, Maggie Sparks, Nancy Halcomb and Pete Buckler.

He is survived by : his wife Doris Woodroof Buckler; his children, Kim Caudell (Perry) of Frankfort, Michelle Pruett (Dennis) of Indiana and Carl H. Buckler, Jr. (Sarah) of Paris; his brother Tommy Buckler of Richmond; his cousin Wyvonna Purvis of Lexington; his grandchildren, Abbey Guidry (Dallas), Ashleigh Caudell, Connor Buckler and Hailey Buckler; and his great grandchildren, Carl Asher Guidry and Samuel Guidry.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests. Memorial Contributions be made to Old Friends, 1841 Paynes Depot Rd, Georgetown, KY 40324.
