For Charlotte is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her husband Mickel Kelly; her parents, Sewell Fugate and Dorothy Spencer Hamblin; her children, Mickey Kelly (Lillie) and Joy Miller (Shawn); and her grandchildren, Autumn Ritchie, Madalyn Kelly, Lucas Kelly and Isabella Miller.
