He is survived by : his mother Lisa Mcintosh (Shrout); his son Levi Mcintosh; his siblings, Kayla Mcintosh, Amber Curtis (Ronnie), Tonya Mcintosh, Amy Mcintosh, Joshua Shrout and Jock Mcintosh; his grandmother Brenda Hamilton; his uncles, Ronnie Shrout (Joan) and Joey Shrout; his cousins, Debbie Turley, Kevin Turley and Ryan Shrout; and his close friends, Aaron Adams and Mike Reffett. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews and cousins.
