He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Jo Johnson; his former wife Lisa Johnson; his sister Kimberly Winn; his close friends, Les Ritchie, Sherman, Dawn Mitchell, Ashlie Noland, Angela Crispin and Larry Gray; his sibling's children, Carla Thomas, Melissa Thomas, Crystal Crump (Jason), Nathan Ashcraft and Kaylee Ashcraft; and his brother-in-law Carl Thomas.
