She was predeceased by: her parents, Toy Adams and Dallie Shepherd Adams; her sons, Michael B. Treadway and Jeffery Alan Treadway; her son-in-law Charles Dennis Clark; her siblings, Mavie Adams, Homer Adams, Helen Shepherd, Berniece, Lee Roy Fields, Lillian, Leo Wells, Leonard, Katie Adams and Walter Adams; and her siblings-in-law, Henry Sebastian, Merle Treadway of James McKinney, E. C, Clair Treadway and Mildred McKinney.
She is survived by: her husband Banford Treadway; her daughter Sheila Joan Clark Benton (William); her grandchildren, Jeffery Max Treadway and Michelle Reffitt Treadway; her sister Opha Sebastian; her daughter-in-law Bonnie Reffitt; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Shepherd, Archie Treadway, Adeline Adams and Dolly Lovings. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Revival Tabernacle (1820 Versailles Rd, Lexington, KY 40504). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Email Officiant Bro. Gary Ward (1820 Versailles Rd, Lexington, KY 40504).
