She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Gene Dale; her parents, Ray Banta and Beatrice Wagoner Banta; her son Gary Dale; and her siblings, Judy Martin, Jimmy Banta and Billy Banta.
She is survived by: her daughter Kay Fryman (Jim); her grandchildren, Marlena Crawford, Megan Foley (Jordan), David Dale (Melissa) and Chris Dale; her great grandchildren, Hadleigh Grace Foley and Andie Clay Foley; her daughter-in-law Kathy Dale; her siblings-in-law, Doug Martin and Lucy Banta; and her close friend Meg Buckley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home (526 Pleasant St, Paris, KY 40361). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial donations to Herrington Methodist Church, 1737 Jackstown Road, Paris, Kentucky 40361.
