He is survived by: his wife Lidia Margarita Lopez; his children, Leonel Perez, Humberto Perez and Karina Perez; and his siblings, Juanita Perez, Vita Perez, Marta Perez, Pancho Perez, Chuy Perez and Lupe Perez. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
