Joe Allen Smart Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Oliver and Flora Mae Ellison Smart; and his brother Harvey Dennis Smart. He is survived by: his daughters, Megan Allison Zinner (Jeff), Veronica Layne Dungan (Hardy) and Rachel Lauren Chan (Bunly); his grandchildren, Peyton Makenzie Zinner, Gracen Quinn Zinner, Elijah Alexander Smart-Dungan, Silas Andre Smart, Christian Lee Sloas, Lucas Eduardo Vazquez, Madeline Hope Chan and Roxy Elise Chan; his sister-in-law Marilyn Merringer Smart; his niece Kimberly Anne Smart; and his nephew David Ellison Smart.
