He is survived by: his father Clayton Birdie Chamberlain, Sr.; his children, Tim and Stephanie Chamberlain; his grandchildren, Megan Kelley, Alaina Kelley and Cameron Caudill; his great grandchildren, Ashlyn Johnson and Brody Smith; his siblings, Clayton B. Chamberlain, Jr. (Sara), Patsy Parr (John, Sr.) and Linda Keever (Michael); and his nephew John Parr, Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
