She is survived by: her children, Clifford Wayne Shumate, Jr. (Kim) of Nicholasville and Sara Paige Shumate Short (Dan) of Paris; her grandchildren, Bryan Shumate Short and Kaylyn Bailey Shumate; her great grandchildren, Bryson Shumate Short and Benjamin George Short; and her brother Billy Clark George (late Ramona) of Carlisle.
