He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Ruben and Bonnie Grace Watson (Coffman); his former wife Francis Marie Watson; his wife Virginia Mary Watson; his siblings, Glen Watson, Clarence Satterfield (Agnes), Juanita Louise Watson, Bernice Hott (Marvin) and Grace Siegert (Ralph); his son-in-law Howard Bills (Cheryl); and his great grandchild Nate Bowling.

He is survived by: his children, Eugenia "Jenie" Faulkner, Bonnie M. Bills (George), Harold "Wayne" Watson, Cheryl E. Bills (Howard), Martin H. H. Watson and Julie N. Wilmeth (Phillip). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Bourbon Heights Chapel (2000 Main St, Paris, KY 40361).
