We are sad to announce that on August 9, 2020, at the age of 54, Lora Dee Rankin Rice (Paris, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Rankin and Mary Lou Shaw Rankin. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Rice; her sons, Melvin Rice and Robert Rice (Sylvia); her grandchildren, Haylee and Harlynn Rice; and her siblings, James Rankin and Darla Jo Kehn (Roger "Bill"). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

“So sorry for the loss of your mom , sister and grandmother. Lora Dee was a long time friend as kids we grew up together. One summer me and my sisters was babysit by Mary Lou. We had lots of fun that summer. I’ll never forget those days. My prayers are with you all during this hard time. She was way to young to be leaving this world. She will be missed.”
