She was predeceased by: her parents, Elroy Ruben and Lucy Stuart; her grandmother Ella Grace; and her sister Ruthella Stuart. She is survived by: her children, Cathy Welch Greene and Marvin Welch (Teresa); her stepdaughter Michele Vaughan Jeffers (Robert); her stepgrandchildren, Ashleigh, Jeremiah Bailey, Clinton Greene, Sarah Welch, Josh, Kim Eberst, Summer, Elsie, Jack Eberst, Jordan, Carolyn Eberst, Kieran Vickers and Kaiden Vickers; her brother Ruben Stuart, Jr.; her nephew Ken Stuart; her niece Renee Stuart Smith Murfitt; her great-nieces, Meg Webster and Brittany Smith; her brother Louis Stuart (Georgetta); her niece Amy Meredith; her great-nephew Matt Snyder (Venice Dizon); and her former husband Bill Welch. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
