In loving memory of Mina Lou Welch-Vaughan (Paris, Kentucky), born in Greenville, Kentucky, who departed this world on July 24, 2025 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her husband David Vaughan; and her sister Ruthella Stuart. She is survived by: her children, Cathy Welch Greene and Marvin Welch (Teresa); her grandchildren, Ashleigh, Clinton and Sarah; her great grandchild Ambrose; and her brothers, Ruben Stuart, Jr. and Louis Stuart (Georgetta).
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home (526 Pleasant St, Paris, KY 40361). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial donations to First Christian Church, 133 East Main Cross, Greenville, Kentucky 42345.
