With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Scotty Cline (Paris, Kentucky), born in Gilbert, West Virginia, who passed away on August 13, 2020 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra Cline and Margaret Cline; his daughter Lori Davis; his grandson Cory Cline; and his sister Pat Osborne.

He is survived by: his wife Penny Lukins Cline; his sons, Ricky Cline (Mandy), Troy Cline (Jennifer) and Devan Debarr; and his grandchildren, Briley Cline, Bailey Cline, Alyssa Cline, Brie Honican (Matthew) and Daniel Debarr.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be to Paris First United Methodist Church, 617 Pleasant Street, Paris, Kentucky, 40361.
