It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Wayne Pelley (Paris, Kentucky), born in Cynthiana, Kentucky, who passed away on December 3, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his mother Edith Mae Dray Pelley; and his brother Ricky Robinson. He is survived by : his father Paul Pelley; his former life partner Mildred Pelley; his daughters, Elaine Burberry (Wes) and Crystal Pelley; his grandchildren, Codey Burberry, Hayli Burberry and Brantley Burberry; and his brothers, Norman Dray (Judy) and Kenneth Pelley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
