She was predeceased by: her husband William Payne Ramey; her parents, Dorothy Ritchie and Clark Steele, Sr.; her daughter Kelly Allison Ramey; and her sister Phyllis Jenkins.
She is survived by: her sons, Brandon Ramey (Jamie), William Ramey (Anita) and Robert Ramey; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Ramey, Shannon Ramey, Jaxson Ramey, Zach Hazlett, Taylor Westerfield and Emma Hazlett; and her siblings, Jean Taylor and Clark Steel Jr..
