She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilma Marie Williamson and Clifton C. "Tom" Purcell, Sr.; and her siblings, James Thomas Purcell, Sheryl Dawn "Sherri" Leggett and Virginia Mae "Ginny" Gray.
She is survived by: her children, John Abner (DeDe) and Brittany Abner (Zach Wilson); her siblings, Cliff Purcell, Jr. (Susan) and Alice Amburgey; the father of her children Calvin Abner; and her nieces and nephews, Cynthia Brunco, Bobby Gray, Thomas Gray, Pamela Gray, Heather Duffey, Amy Poole, Jason Purcell, Colby Purcell, Rocky Amburgey and Brandy Amburgey.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home (526 Pleasant St, Paris, KY 40361). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
